Olive Branch is the most active general aviation airport in the Memphis Area.  Located just across the Mississippi-Tennessee state line in Olive Branch, MS, it is home to Air Venture Flying Club, Douglas Aviation, Aircraft Interiors of Memphis, and Metro Aviation Service. The airport is the source of much of the flight training in the Memphis area. Both Air Venture Flying Club and Douglas Aviation offer flight training and aircraft rental. Douglas also offers several other services including aircraft sales. Metro Aviation is the fuel provider for the field and offers services to itinerant pilots.

Pilots should note that OLV uses 122.7 for its CTAF. While radios certainly don't relieve pilots of the "see and avoid" obligation, situational awareness of the traffic around this busy uncontrolled airport is definitely enhanced by proper position announcements.
